2026 Health Scholars Application

** Applicants must be a Mississippi resident (or attending an in-state institution), 18 years of age or older, a US citizen and be classified as an undergraduate at their institution with 30 credit hours to apply. Students who will have completed 30 credit hours of coursework by the end of the Spring 2026 semester are also eligible to apply. **

Mentor Preference

Student mentor assignment is based on multiple factors, including student preference, mentor’s current lab space/personnel openings at the time of application and mentor demand, among other variables.
