Fund Your Biomedical Research Project

Take your biomedical research project to the next level with Mississippi INBRE! We are pleased to announce we are now offering both research initiation and project development grants for faculty researchers across the state of Mississippi.

Mississippi INBRE specializes in establishing and funding biomedical research at predominately undergraduate institutions (PUIs) and historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in Mississippi. Our research scope covers a variety of subjects and topics; however, our primary scientific focuses are on cancer, infectious diseases and obesity

Details about each funding opportunity, including the application process, can be found below. Let’s grow together as we solve issues directly affecting Mississippians through these exciting research opportunities.
