MIEC26 Session Information Submission

To learn more details about the session, ensure proper support, and provide accurate representation in conference materials, we ask that you follow the below instructions and submit the session information form linked at the bottom of this page by Friday, May 1, 2026.

The following information is required as part of the session information submission:

Chair Bio Information for Conference Materials

• Name
• Institution
• College (if applicable)
• School (if applicable)
• Department (if applicable)
• Program or office (if applicable)
• Classification (i.e. assistant professor, associate professor, full professor, etc.)
• Office email
• High-resolution headshot
• Bio (120 words max, .pdf upload)

Session Information

• Session title
• Session format (i.e. lecture, panel discussion, workshop, etc.)
• Session description
  • Provide a short description of the theme and/or purpose/goal of the session. (120 words max, .pdf upload)
• Participant name(s)
• Speaker schedule (if applicable)
• Additional information
  • Provide any additional information you think we should be aware of when organizing the session. Leave blank if not applicable.
• Participant information confirmation
  • Note that there is a separate submission form that session chairs must distribute to all session participants prior to submission. The purpose of the form is to ensure accurate representation of participants in conference materials. The submission deadline for the participant information submission form is Friday, May 1, 2026.   • As part of your submission, you will be asked to confirm the following: (1) the list of session participants has been finalized, (2) the participant information form has been distributed, and (3) participants have been notified of the May 1, 2026 deadline for information submission.
