The Mississippi INBRE Telenutrition Center is hosting the Okla Achukma Leaders Summit. The Okla Achukma Leaders Summit is a gathering of leaders from Mississippi and Louisiana American Indian tribes to disseminate research conducted by the Mississippi INBRE Telenutrition Center in partnership with the University of Southern Mississippi Center for American Indian Research and Studies.
This event aims to engage American Indians in the research process, support and inspire community engagement and health disparities research among Southeastern American Indians and discover funding opportunities available for American Indian research.
