Citation Guidelines

If your work benefited from the use of Mississippi INBRE resources, an INBRE sponsored student worked in your lab or you received money from INBRE that contributed to your research or career, you must cite INBRE on all publications, presentations, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations or any other documents/applications that describe projects or programs that were supported by INBRE. For your convenience, please find customized funding statements below for various Mississippi INBRE Cores and Core Facilities:

General Funding Statement:

Metabolomics & Lipidomics Core Facility Funding Statement:

Acknowledgement of Federal Funding:

As required by HHS appropriations acts, all HHS grantees must acknowledge federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal money. Grantees are required to state (1) the percentage and dollar amounts of the total program or project costs financed with federal money and (2) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs financed by nongovernmental sources.
