Apply for a complimentary exhibitor booth by June 3
The Fifth Annual Mississippi IDeA/EPSCoR Conference 2026 (MIEC26), co-hosted by Mississippi INBRE and Mississippi EPSCoR, is offering a limited number of complimentary exhibitor booths for eligible in-state institutions of higher education to promote academic programs and student recruitment opportunities.
MIEC26 will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Lake Terrace Convention Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The conference brings together STEM researchers, faculty, staff, and students from institutions across the state to share research and foster collaboration.
Applications require prior approval from the applicant’s Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR), and space is limited. The application deadline is Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
