Intro to R

R is one of the most commonly used programming languages in the biological sciences. In this module, students will use the ggplot package with R studio to visualize biological data with no past coding experience needed.

Learning Objectives

Students will download R Studio and the ggplot package on a local computer.
Students will learn to acquire and modify code with R Studio.
Students will create visualizations of biological data sets.
